JOSEPH SOS
MANAGING PARTNER
Joseph Sos is the Managing Partner of Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners, specializing in mid-level management and executive leadership searches. His clients include Fortune 500 Companies as well as emerging start-up organizations. His industry expertise includes the manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, technology, private equity backed, and public accounting/consulting.
Joseph has over 25 years of business experience with 18 of those years being in the executive recruitment industry. He began his career with Robert Half Int’l as an executive recruiter then later became a Director in the Downtown Chicago Office. He then joined Hudson Highland Group as the Regional Vice President of the Finance & Accounting Practice overseeing multiple offices throughout the country. In 2006 Joe exited Hudson Highland and launched JFSPartners, an executive search firm specialized in the placement of accounting and financial professionals. In 2013, Joe became Managing Partner of Sanford Rose Associates, JFSPartners.
When Joe is not working, he enjoys biking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
SHAUN CARRERO

Shaun Carrero is a Partner-Executive Recruitment at Sanford Rose Associates® – JFSPartners. He specializes in mid-level to executive leadership searches of accounting and finance professionals. Shaun joins Sanford Rose Associates® – JFSPartners with 8 years of recruitment experience and has had admirable success in a short span of time. His solid business acumen has forged strong client relationships earning the respect of industry leaders and professionals. Shaun knows that people hire people not resumes, and companies are looking for more than a set of qualifications that match a job description. To ensure a successful match, Shaun looks to extensively understand the core of the client’s business and industry by interviewing both companies and candidates to understand who they are and what they are looking for.
Prior to joining Sanford Rose Associates® – JFSPartners, Shaun served in the United States Navy, and as a recruiter helped people grow professionally and filling critical gaps in companies with impactful professionals. His vision and strategic ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term solutions and success.
During his spare time, Shaun enjoys sports including NBA, NFL, NBL and boxing. His motivation and drive are inspired from stories of sports teams and athletes overcoming adversity. His list of the greatest of all time include Larry Bird, Magic Johnson and Kobe Bryant.
SUSIE SOS
PARTNER, MANAGER OF RECRUITMENT
Susan Sos is a Senior Recruiter with Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners, specializing in mid-level management and executive leadership searches of Accounting and Finance professionals. She is a well respected recruiter in the Finance & Accounting industry who excels in continually creating and maintaining relationships with highly-skilled candidates in the Central Florida market. Her extensive expertise in the search industry make her an invaluable training resource for the firm’s new sourcing and recruiting associates.
Susie has over 17 years of experience in the executive recruitment industry. She began her career as a recruiter in 2003 in the Healthcare industry and has been with Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners since the doors opened in 2006.
When not working, Susie enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her family and dogs.
KRISTEN ANDREWS

Kristen Andrews is a Senior Search Consultant with Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners, specializing in mid-level management and executive leadership searches of Accounting and Finance professionals. Her clients include Fortune 500 Companies as well as emerging start-up organizations. Her industry expertise includes manufacturing, financial services, technology, private equity backed, real estate and public accounting/consulting firms.
Kristen has over 25 years of business experience with 15 of those years being in the executive recruitment industry. Kristen began her career with Robert Half International as an Executive recruiter and then became Divisional Director for the Southfield, Michigan office and later was the Branch Manager and Metro Market Manager. In 2015 she joined Sanford Rose Associates® as a Search Consultant for the Detroit practice.
When Kristen is not working, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Morgan Holewinski is a Senior Staffing Manager with the Interim and Temporary Services Division at Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners. Morgan started in the staffing industry shortly after graduating from the University of Central Florida and has successfully built a solid network of client and candidate relationships. NICHOLAS SCIULLI

Nicholas Sciulli is a Senior Search Consultant with the Central Florida Practice at Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners, where he strives to build lasting relationships and prides himself in making permanent placements that satisfy both the technical and cultural needs of his candidates and clients. In his first year with JFSPartners, Nicholas has become an invaluable asset to his team, placing dozens of midlevel to executive Accounting and Finance professionals. He has quickly developed a diverse client base in a multitude of industries, ranging from start up to multi-billion-dollar organizations.
Prior to joining JFSPartners in 2019, Nicholas gained his first 5 years of search experience with a staffing firm specializing in manufacturing and logistics.

Jonah Halterman is a Search Consultant with Sanford Rose Associates – JFSPartners. Jonah started with Sanford Rose shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and has continued to build a strong network with his Candidates. Prior to joining JFSPartners, Joshua spent four years of sales and brokerage experience in the hospitality industry. It is here where he was able to understand how to create win/win transactions which led to better outcomes and relationships.

Harley Warmenhoven
Operations Analyst/Customer Experience Manager
Harley Warmenhoven is an Operations analyst and Customer Experience Manager with Sanford Rose Associates® – JFSPartners. She specializes in optimizing search processes and researching the candidate market, as well as building lasting candidate relationships. Harley specializes in the placement of Finance and Accounting Professionals in the Michigan Marketplace.
Prior to joining JFS Partners, Harley graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Marketing and held various positions in the campus recruiting and social media marketing industries. In her free time, Harley enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and her cat, Lottie.
Crystal Lancaster
Controller/Office Manager
Crystal Lancaster joined Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners, in March 2023 as Controller/Office Manager, supporting the Greater Detroit and Central Florida Practices. She oversees current polices and implements company procedures. In addition, she is streamlining existing tasks, ideally resulting in providing a better result for the clients and candidates we serve.
Prior to joining JFSPartners, Crystal spent over 15 years in the food and beverage and automotive industries in management.
Personal: Crystal is born and raised in the Central Florida area. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, home projects, spending time with her niece, and entertaining friends and family.
Christopher Smith
Staffing Manager
Christopher Smith is a Staffing Manager at Sanford Rose Associates® – JFSPartners, specializing in the placement of accounting and finance professionals in the Central Florida market. Prior to joining Sanford Rose Associates, Chris attended The University of Central Florida graduating in December 2021 with his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration along with a Certificate in Human resources.
Prior to joining JFSPartners, Chris began his recruiting career in healthcare for two years before transitioning to Sanford Rose Associates as a Staffing Manager. His healthcare staffing experience is where he learned to build meaningful relationships to place professionals. Chris loves working with his clients to identify their specific needs and working with professionals to place them in a position they will love.

Vera graduated for Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and comes with over 6 years of recruiting experience.
