Joseph Sos is the Managing Partner of Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners, specializing in mid-level management and executive leadership searches. His clients include Fortune 500 Companies as well as emerging start-up organizations. His industry expertise includes the manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, technology, private equity backed, and public accounting/consulting.
Joseph has over 25 years of business experience with 18 of those years being in the executive recruitment industry. He began his career with Robert Half Int’l as an executive recruiter then later became a Director in the Downtown Chicago Office. He then joined Hudson Highland Group as the Regional Vice President of the Finance & Accounting Practice overseeing multiple offices throughout the country. In 2006 Joe exited Hudson Highland and launched JFSPartners, an executive search firm specialized in the placement of accounting and financial professionals. In 2013, Joe became Managing Partner of Sanford Rose Associates, JFSPartners.
When Joe is not working, he enjoys biking, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Susan Sos is a Senior Recruiter with Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners, specializing in mid-level management and executive leadership searches of Accounting and Finance professionals. She is a well respected recruiter in the Finance & Accounting industry who excels in continually creating and maintaining relationships with highly-skilled candidates in the Central Florida market. Her extensive expertise in the search industry make her an invaluable training resource for the firm’s new sourcing and recruiting associates.
Susie has over 17 years of experience in the executive recruitment industry. She began her career as a recruiter in 2003 in the Healthcare industry and has been with Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners since the doors opened in 2006.
When not working, Susie enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her family and dogs.
SENIOR SEARCH CONSULTANT
Theresa Carter joined Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners, in July 2021 as Firm Administrator, supporting the Greater Detroit and Central Florida Practices. She oversees current polices and implements company procedures. In addition, she is streamlining existing tasks, ideally resulting in providing a better result for the clients and candidates we serve.
Prior to joining JFSPartners, Theresa spent over 25 years in corporate, nonprofit and private industries in management and sales administration with an emphasis on customer and client care. Successful outcome was long term trust and loyalty with both personal and professional relations.
Theresa is originally from Connecticut and moved to College Park with her family in 1972 and still resides close by. When she has time to relax, you will find her on an energetic walk, cooking or playing a little golf!
Nicholas Sciulli is a Search Consultant with the Central Florida Practice at Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners, where he strives to build lasting relationships and prides himself in making permanent placements that satisfy both the technical and cultural needs of his candidates and clients. In his first year with JFSPartners, Nicholas has become an invaluable asset to his team, placing dozens of midlevel to executive Accounting and Finance professionals. He has quickly developed a diverse client base in a multitude of industries, ranging from start up to multi-billion-dollar organizations.
Prior to joining JFSPartners in 2019, Nicholas gained his first 5 years of search experience with a staffing firm specializing in manufacturing and logistics.
Education: Bachelors in Sport Management from Slippery Rock University
Personal: Outside of the office, Nick spends his time with his family and loves to watch and play many sports.

Richard Zepeda is the Practice Director of Sanford Rose Associates®—JFSPartners’ Interim and Temporary Services Division. Richard brings 20+ years of building and growing staffing operations within a diverse portfolio of industries. Starting his career as a Staffing Manager with Robert Half Intl, he grew, thru success, to managing a suburban division and piloting the Full-time Consulting Division. Richard shifted his career focus to IT while managing staffing divisions with Comsys and Spherion. Most recently, he was brought in to turn around the Chicagoland market for a specialized Life Sciences staffing organization successfully growing the business by 150% in the first year, surpassing budget goals by 20%.
SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Justine Rodriguez is Sales Development Representative with Sanford Rose Associates – JSFPartners. She specializes in working with mid-level management and executive leadership searches of Accounting and Finance professionals in the Central Florida market. She is passionate about creating meaningful and long-term connections with both her clients and candidates. Justine entered her recruiting career four years ago in the travel and hospitality industry. She then transitioned into the Accounting and Finance industry in 2018 where she focused on business development and permanent placement recruiting for mid-level management to executive leadership on a national basis.
Personal: In her spare time, Justine enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
